Biographical Information

In 2014, I obtained my PhD in clinical exercise physiology, a division of kinesiology (the study of movement). Through healthy lifestyle education and exercise training, I specialize in the management/treatment of medical conditions. I equally work with healthy individuals and athletes with the simple intention of obtaining a healthier lifestyle and/or preventing a medical condition from developing.

My professional experience includes the development and operation of programs geared towards managing Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), cardiac conditions, Parkinson’s disease, as well as Arthritis. I have equally worked with individuals with diabetes, fibromyalgia, lupus, among others.

I also possess experience supervising a research and testing laboratory, where I supervise cardio-pulmonary exercise tests as well as develop, validate, and deliver research protocols by providing professional expertise with regards to experimental design and execution.

Throughout the years, I strived for a mind, body, soul approach. With the body and soul covered, I was missing a vital piece of the puzzle - the mind. With the discovery of PSYCH-K®, not only did I find the missing piece of the puzzle but the process was fast and simple too!

The power of the mind should not be minimized as our perception of our world and every decision made, including the ones related to our health, stems from our subconscious beliefs. Our stresses and anxieties, our lack of self-esteem, our belief of whether we can heal are all embedded in the subconscious mind and can be transformed.

My goal - helping you find balance in your life.
