Biographical Information
My sister had died of cancer, and I was full of fear that I would be next. That was the wake-up call I needed to understand that it was urgent for me to change my life
At the time, I had a restaurant and worked 10-12 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week. I loved serving my customers and cooking for them, yet the stress of managing (which I was not very good at) was intense.
There was no real time for myself or self-care in this routine and in all honesty there was a side of me that was "hiding" in the work as there were a lot of other areas in my life that were not really satisfying, such as not having a partner or time to be with friends
At age 50 I sold the building, sold my house and had no idea how I was going to make a living or what I would do next, just knew that I could not carry on with the way I was living
This is when PSYCH-K ® found me...a young woman that I had not met before told me that I needed to read a book that had changed her life and handed me Biology of Belief (Dr Bruce Lipton).
This kind stranger was right, the book changed my life as I learned that my genes do not determine my biology and that I could change my fear and heal myself by taking the trainings for PSYCH -K ®
At this point I have had the honor of facilitating for over 459 people that live in 18 different countries (in some places it is only one person, yet I find it fun to count.
This has been possible on the one hand because of my office being shut down during COVID, which gave me the opportunity to refine my facilitating skills online. Just in case you are wondering, I can confidently say that the results are the same online as in person,
On the other hand, I offer sessions in English or Spanish, as I am fluent in both. I was born and raised in Mexico, and have lived in the USA and Europe for the last 42 years
I never imagined when I decided to let go of my restaurant life and step into the unknown that I would be able to be of service to others in this way.
It is the most amazing adventure I could have asked for and the fulfillment it gives me when I get a message from a partner (PSYCH-K ® term for clients as we are partners in the changes or balances that they make) letting me know how the changes are integrating into their lives fills me with joy and wonder at how incredible we are as humans
I am very interested in partnering with persons that are ready to expand and committed to their process of self transformation, and also in working with families, so they can make the changes to create a more positive and aware environment for their children to grow up in, so we can all live happier and healthier lives for many generations to come
