I am first, and foremost, a mom. Also a lifelong reader, teacher, learner of things, and recent vegetable gardener. I am always trying to be a better version of myself, learn new things, and help people feel better. PSYCH-K® found me at a difficult point in my life; it changed me and I am grateful for the opportunity to bring it to others.
